DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US ONLY)
Elyxion Research ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept international orders.

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $15.00
- Free shipping on orders over $250.00
- Expedited options available at checkout

SAME-DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will ship the following business day.

PACKAGING
All research compounds are shipped in appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Shipments are labeled as laboratory research materials in accordance with applicable regulations.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@Elyxion-research.com with your order number and we will assist you promptly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and quality control requirements, all sales are final once shipped.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@Elyxion-research.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- A description of the issue

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly. Approved returns must be shipped back in original, unopened condition within 7 days of approval.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
